We don’t accept returns if the product seal is opened. Feel free to dispose off the product. We do however, accept returns of unopened products. You can submit refund requests within 15 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If we have initiated a refund and you haven’t yet seen it credited back to you, first check your bank account again! It might take a few days before the refund is officially posted. Contact your credit card company or bank. All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
